Responsibilities:
- Conducting timely and accurate surveys for prospective moving customers on site and virtually, as well as providing quotes for a variety of moving services offered by the company.
- Providing quotes for moving services to new and existing customers in accordance with the company's pricing guidelines.
- Seeking opportunities to network with moving industry professionals on a regular basis in order to promote company services for international relocation and moving services.
- Keeping in touch with prospective moving clients in order to convert inquiries and quotes into sales.
- Serving as a point of contact for moving customers to support their moving and relocation needs, responding to inquiries and handling complaints related to the moving and relocation process in a timely manner.
- This list is not exhaustive, and the moving International Sales Professional may be required to perform other ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in the moving and relocation industry.
- Confident in talking to new clients and converting enquiries and quotes into sales
- Outstanding sales and business acumen.
- A dedicated and motivated sales professional.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
